The piece & its details
A vivid turquoise georgette kurta fabric, scattered with small silver-toned floral buttis in an even repeat, deepening into a fuller floral border with fine striped bands along the hemline — light and airy, with georgette's characteristic soft fall.
Paired with a matching turquoise dupatta, finished along both ends with a delicate floral vine border in silver-toned thread and a fine pearl-beaded trim, with a subtle diamond-line embellishment scattered through the body for added texture.
Please note: this is a two-piece set comprising kurta fabric and dupatta only — no trouser or bottom fabric is included. Turquoise or white silk trousers keep the palette fresh and tonal; silver-grey also works beautifully as a contrast.
Georgette gives the fabric its light, fluid drape with a soft, slightly textured hand — sheer enough to need a lining, and beautifully suited to warm-weather festivities.
