A note on our imagery

Many of the images across this site are digitally rendered. I photograph the real piece in my hands, then use AI to present it, styled, draped, and shown in a setting, so you can picture how it might be worn.

The sari itself is real. I hold every piece here in the UK, and what you order is the very cloth I've described. But a rendered image is an interpretation. The exact colour, the way light moves across the zari, the fall of the pallu, the precise weight of a border, these can read a little differently in a photograph than they do in the hand, and differently again on a screen calibrated unlike mine.

So I would rather you didn't choose on the image alone.

If a piece has caught your eye, I'll gladly show it to you live, in person by appointment, or on a video call wherever you are, so you can see the true colour, the drape and the detail before you decide. Just ask. It's the part of this I enjoy most.

Every sari at Aadya is a real, single piece, chosen by hand and held in the UK. The image is there to invite you in. The cloth is the thing, and I want you to see it clearly.
