The piece & its details
A warm pink tussar georgette Banarasi sari with a soft textured drape and a painterly meenakari floral weave. The body carries multicolour blooms in magenta, blue, mauve and yellow against a fine gold vine ground.
The pallu turns richer, with tonal gold jangla work and a structured floral zari border, while the blouse continues the pink with gold buti striping. For festive lunches, mehendis and evening gatherings that need colour without weight.
