A soft, luminous lilac tissue silk sari, striped throughout with fine vertical pinstripes in gold-toned thread and dotted with small gold-toned floral buttis running the length of each stripe — delicate and evenly placed, catching the light with every fold.
The border and pallu open into a rich, structured zari weave in warm gold-toned tones — layered bands of a fine trellis, a scalloped leaf edge and a densely woven circular motif band, giving the piece a substantial, festive finish that contrasts beautifully with the airy body. Soft lilac tassels finish the pallu edge.
