The piece & its details
A fresh aqua silk kurta fabric with fine self-tone pinstripes running throughout, punctuated by a graduated line of circular motifs down the front — a solid magenta circle at the top giving way to gold-toned chevron and dotted medallions in a soft ombré-like progression. A playful, modern take on traditional butti placement.
Paired with a matching aqua dupatta finished with a gold-toned zigzag border along the edge for a coordinated, festive touch.
Please note: this set comprises kurta fabric and dupatta only — no trouser or bottom fabric is included. Aqua or ivory silk trousers keep the palette tonal; deep teal or antique gold also work well as contrast.
Woven in silk, the fabric has a smooth, structured hand well suited to tailoring, letting the graduated circle motif sit crisply against the pinstriped ground.
